Main body is 1-9/16" wide x 2-1/8" high x 1/2" thick with slant at bottom.  Top holes are 3/4" apart and top to bottom hole straight down is 1-3/4" apart.  Crank projection is 13/16".  Has 1/2" ID round hole with 3/16" hb projection.  This is a left hand operator.
